DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wondered how electric motors work? Find out by building your own simple motor with a few basic materials. Participants will be introduced to the science behind motors as well as magnets and electromagnets. \nParents/adults will assist participants for this workshop. There is no cost to participate but donations are welcome! \nTo register\, please email the library. Registration is limited to 10\, so sign up now! \nMaterials generously provided by the Island Employee Cooperative member stores: Burnt Cove Market\, V & S Variety\, and The Galley. \n \n
