DESCRIPTION:Learn how to make sushi with Frederica Marshall and Herman Kidder. We will make both vegetarian and seafood sushi. For food safety\, no raw seafood will be used in the workshop. Participants are recommended to bring a wooden spoon or shamoji (flat bamboo rice paddle). \nThere is no fee to participate in the workshop.
